Having recruited for the energy sector since 2012, we have developed a quality-focused, relationship lead approach, working in partnership to provide collaborative solutions for our clients – typically organisations across the value chain that either owns, develops, builds, finances or advises within the renewable energy sector.

Twenty-Future is a socially conscious recruitment partner, committed to embracing the transition to net zero. We aim to work with renewable energy businesses across the value chain who are collectively helping to reduce the impact of climate change, whilst simultaneously contributing to the growth of the sector, and the economy.
Vision
We aim to be the trusted recruitment partner for renewable energy companies around the world. Our vision isn’t confined to the here and now, we’re focused on the future where we believe our recruitment efforts can play a key role in the energy transition we aspire to see by 2050.

Tom has been recruiting for the energy space since 2012 and has built an expansive international network. With more innovative green technologies set to transform the way we live, Tom is passionate about how recruitment can contribute to this change and embrace the transition to net zero.

Elliot Miles
Elliot has been specialising in the recruitment of Renewable Energy and Planning professionals since 2017. He’s partnered with a range of Developers, Funds and Consultancies cultivating strong networks across Planning, Development, Investment, Finance and Legal.
Elliot wants Twenty-Future to assist in the expansion of the renewable energy industry and support the UK’s pathway to achieving its 2050 net‑zero target.
